Learning To Lead is very different. This presentation is tons of fun and the students love it. Because this presentation is so much fun while still sending a strong message about the skills required to be an effective leader we have a 100% success rate with this presentation. Students love it and you will too!

Leadership is a “doing” activity and learning the theory of leadership can only get you so far. We developed The Leadership Game to provide a fun way for students to practice their leadership skills. The Leadership Game uses 15 students that are promoted to manager. These managers man 15 activity stations around the room. The remaining students are required to go up to each of these 15 stations in order to complete a leadership task. The first student to complete all 15 tasks is deemed the supreme leader and is our winner. When you play this game you see how not only the station managers develop their leadership skills but the participating students often have to motivate their friends to help them complete the activities. Very physical and very fun!
